Mini Scout Light is a powerful, lightweight LED WeaponLight that mounts securely to any Mil-Spec Picatinny rail in seconds via an integral thumbscrew clamp. Its solid-state, recoil-immune LED generates 110 lumens of blinding white light—more than enough to overwhelm the night-adapted vision of an aggressor—and a Total Internal Reflection (TIR) lens creates a versatile beam with plenty of reach yet enough surround light for both longer-range and close-quarter applications. An internal microprocessor digitally regulates the LED, efficiently managing battery power to provide up to 1.3 hours of tactical-level illumination on a single 123A lithium battery. Activation is achieved by clicking the tailcap pushbutton or, for fingertip control without altering your grip on the weapon, by depressing the included pressure-activated tape switch. Constructed of hard-anodized, lightweight but strong aerospace aluminum; tempered Borofloat® glass; and O-ring seals that keep out the elements. Light weight, 4.5 ounces with tape switch installed and small size of 4.0 inches (10.2 cm) won’t weigh down a weapon or decrease its maneuverability.Ergonomic tactical switching: click-on/off tailcap or pressure activated tape switch.
