The barrels are bored from solid chromium molybdenum steel bars. They are then inserted in the monoblock and welded using a silver alloy at medium temperature. The inner-side of the barrels is honed and chromed. Large ventilated rib.
The action is forged and milled from a solid block of high-strength steel and, after engraving, it undergoes an appropriate heat-treatment for surface hardening.
The jointing of the barrels to the action is secured by two appropriately sized lumps, accurately fitted to ensure a very strong connection. The double-locking consists of a sliding bolt which locks the barrels when inserted in the special slots on the lumps.

All the elements of the mechanism are interchangeable.
The stock is in Monte Carlo selected walnut and has a ventilated rubber recoil pad. Rounded beavertail forend.
